Is it possible to have my card charged for final payment?
You will have to register for an account In order for 1kMoments to charge your card for final payment.

Does 1kMoments travel?
Yes. 1kMoments can perform photography and video services out-of-state. See Terms of Service.

How much does 1kMoments charge for a music video?
You can view pricing for all of 1kMoments services here.

What is 1kMoments turnaround time?
1kMoments has an 18-day turnaround time for photo and video projects. Please note that bigger projects will require more time for edits thus prolonging the turnaround time.

Is there a separate booking fee for studio rentals?
There is a separate studio rental fee for any studio shoot booked in Atlanta. The client is responsible for that fee. Studio shoots booked in Augusta will be conducted at Studio2Create where 1kMoments is a resident photographer.

Can I hire 1kMoments for a project?
Yes. You can hire 1kMoments as a cameraman for small or large projects such as YouTube series, short films, marketing material, etc.

Does 1kMoments provide creative direction and video editing services?
Yes. You can hire 1kMoments for freelance services on the Booking page. Go to Booking > Consult > Freelance Services.

What is 1kMoments refund policy?
There are absolutely no refunds once materials are given to the client. See Terms of Service.

What if I want my photo/video re-edited?
You are allowed one (1) video or photo re-edit per booking. You will be charged a $25 (twenty-five dollars) re-edit fee for photo and a $50 (fifty dollars) re-edit fee for video for any and all additional re-edits.

Is there a rescheduling fee?
Yes. There is a $25 rescheduling fee for any booked service. The booking will be cancelled if a shoot is rescheduled more than twice.

Is the deposit refundable?
No. All deposits are non-refundable. See Terms of Service.

Does 1kMoments book the venue or studio for the shoot?
No. It is the client’s responsibility to reserve the venue prior to booking 1kMoments. If the client needs help finding a venue, 1kMoments can provide assistance.

Will my photo or video appear on 1kMoments website or social media pages?
1kMoments reserves the right to post any created material onto website and/or social media pages for marketing purposes. 1kMoments does ask for consent during the booking process, especially if the produced material contains sensitive content.  Please do not ask to be placed on 1kMoments website, Instagram, or YouTube channel.
